When does my membership start?

Your membership start date will be included in your Welcome email.

 

When will I receive my pack / membership information?

We will send your log in details by email as soon as you sign up for membership.

 

What will appear on my bank statement?

If you are have a monthly or annual membership you will see savingsyoulove.com on your bank statement.

If you agreed to a 30 day free trial, you will see a pre-authorisation of £1 on your online bank statement, this £1 will not be taken and will disappear off your statement within 48 hours. The first payment will be shown as savingsyoulovetrial and any subsequent payments will revert to savingsyoulove.com.

 

How do I claim the cashbacks?

Online:

Instructions are here. Simply scan / take a photo of your proof of purchase and upload it to the form on the website, complete your details and send it to us.

By post:

Instructions are here or in your pack. Simply send us proof of purchase (or a copy) to the address in your brochure.

You can expect to receive your cashback cheque within 4-6 weeks.

 

Are the offers available without internet access as well as online?

You can access the offers online or through the number given in the offer information.

 

I am not sure how much I would save

As a member of Savings you Love you will enjoy exclusive savings only available to Club members as well as up to £100 cashback on Dining, Takeaways and Groceries during the year!

 

What happens if I change my mind?

Make sure you have a good look at the Club and if you decide that it’s not for you then you can cancel at any point during the first 30 days and no payment will be taken

(we will send you an electronic reminder 7 days before your start date to confirm that your free trial is coming to an end and your payment is due). After that, you will receive a refund of every full month left in your Membership year.

How do I cancel my membership?

We hope that you are happy with your Savings you Love membership, but if you do want to cancel you can use the cancellation form here or email us at customerservice@valuesaverclub.co.uk.

 

Will I receive a refund if I cancel the Club?

How do I make a complaint?

We hope that you won’t have reason to complain, but if you are unhappy with any aspect of the product or the service from Savings you Love you can use the contact us form or email us at customerservice@valuesaverclub.co.uk to submit your complaint.

 

Our Guarantee

In the unlikely event that you are not able to obtain one of our listed savings, please send your receipt with your membership number and postcode to: Savings you Love Customer Service, Tollgate Court, Tollgate Drive, Stafford ST16 3HS, or by email to customerservice@valuesaverclub.co.uk within one month of refusal of the offer and we will refund the applicable discount.
